Encash / YES-secure down

The Encash / YES-secure website has been down all day reporting that the server is not responding.  Here is the full error message:

Server is not responding.

This is slightly concerning as there have not been any updates or responses from YES-secure despite this error being posted on their forum.  Lets hope this is resolved tomorrow morning.

YES-secure / Encash have now resolved the problems.

YES-secure website was unavailable due to some unavoidable database issue. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. encash services have now been restored.
