Lending offer

1. Offer open to individuals in the UK who have not previously signed up to Wellesley & Co.
2. Minimum lending term for the offer is 18 months.
3. You are only entitled to one reward even if you subsequently become both a lender and borrower.
   • To qualify as a lender you must successfully lend �2500 through Wellesley & Co.
4. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time, so please act fast.
5. The decision to offer a reward will rest solely with Wellesley & Co.

Mini-Bond offer (current)

1. To qualify you must successfully invest �100 in the Wellesley & Co. mini-bond by the advised date.
2. If you cancel your application within 14 days Wellesley & Co. reserve the right to remove any cashback from your account.
3. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time, so please act fast.
4. The decision to offer a reward will rest solely with Wellesley & Co.

Mini-Bond offer (closed 12^th September 2014)

1. To qualify you must successfully invest �10,000 in the Wellesley & Co. mini-bond by the advised date.
2. If you cancel your application within 14 days Wellesley & Co. reserve the right to remove �100 from your account.
3. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time, so please act fast.
4. The decision to offer a reward will rest solely with Wellesley & Co.
