3. You are only entitled to one reward even if you subsequently become both a lender and borrower.
   • To qualify as a borrower you must successfully obtain a loan through rebuildingsociety.com.
   • To qualify as a lender you must open a lending account and verify identity.
4. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time, so please act fast.
5. The decision to offer a reward will rest solely with the rebuildingsociety.com.
